Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said this at a government meeting, Ukrinform reports.
"Ukraine's rapid recovery needs remain at the level of up to $15 billion. This year, only a part of the needs was financed, the rest of the costs will be transferred to 2024," Shmyhal said.
According to him, the government is counting on the support of international financial organizations and agencies, including the World Bank, EBRD, EIB, USAID, and the Japan International Cooperation Agency.
