The head of the Donetsk regional military administration Pavlo Kyrylenko stated that the situation in the Bakhmut sector remains extremely tense.
However, the enemy is withdrawing every day, suffering losses in manpower, he said at a briefing at the Ukraine-Ukrinform Media Center.
Kyrylenko noted that the situation in the city of Bakhmut and in the Bakhmut direction, in general, remains extremely tense. However, all the enemy's attempts to enter the city, to break through the defense of our defenders are unsuccessful, the enemy suffers fire damage and withdraws every day, suffering losses in manpower.
