Ukrainian sniper destroyed the Russian invader from a distance of 2710 meters, showing the second-longest hit result in the world.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Strategic Communications Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Telegram.
"With an accurate shot of our special forces, the occupier was eliminated from a distance of 2710 meters - a distance that now ranks 2nd in the world ranking, confirmed by the command of the Armed Forces," - the statement reads.
As it was reminded in StratCom, the first place in the world is occupied by the shot of a Canadian sniper at a distance of 3540 meters while performing a task in Iraq. Until now, the second place belonged to the British Craig Harrison - 2475 meters.
