US air defense detects four Russian military aircraft near Alaska

The US air defense has detected the approach of four Russian military aircraft near Alaska.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine concerning the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD).

The Russian aircraft remained in international airspace and did not enter the sovereign airspace of the United States or Canada.

"These Russian activities in the Alaska area are routine and are not considered a threat," the statement said.
