The United States Department of State will announce a new military aid package for Ukraine this week.
According to Yevropeiska Pravda, this was announced during a briefing by State Department spokesman Matthew Miller.
According to the representative of the department, the United States "continues to supply Ukraine with artillery and a range of weapons," and "later this week the United States will announce additional assistance to Ukraine."
Asked what US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said to Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba when he called for long-range ATACMS missiles for Ukraine, Miller said he would not "disclose those private diplomatic conversations."
"In terms of any other potential missile systems or other defense systems, those are always actions that we are considering, but we are not making any announcements yet," the State Department spokesman summarized.
