Restoration works continue in Ukraine today, but the situation with electricity remains difficult in almost all regions. This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelensky in his evening address on Thursday, November 24.
Zelensky noted that electricity, heat, water supply, and communication were gradually returning to Ukrainians, but as of the evening, there were still problems with water in 15 regions.
"The most difficult are Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Poltava and Kharkiv regions. But along with the supply of electricity to critical infrastructure, we also provide water and heat. The situation with electricity remains difficult in almost all regions. But we are gradually moving away from blackouts - every hour we return power to new consumers," the President informed.
