White House: Iran may attack Israel this week

The White House suggests that Iran may launch a "significant" attack on Israel this week.
According to Yevropeiska Pravda, this was stated by John Kirby, the coordinator for strategic communications of the White House National Security Council, as quoted by AFP.
Iran and the Lebanese group Hezbollah have vowed to take revenge on Israel for the murders of Hamas political leader Ismail Ghani and Hezbollah commander Fouad Shukr.
According to Kirby, it is necessary to prepare for the fact that "this could be a significant series of attacks."
"We share the same concerns and expectations as our Israeli counterparts about the possible timing - it could happen as early as this week," he added.
