President Volodymyr Zelenskyy congratulated Jakov Milatović on winning the presidential election in Montenegro.
The head of state wrote about this on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.
"Congratulations to Jakov Milatovic on winning the presidential election. I wish you success for the benefit of the people of Montenegro! We appreciate Montenegro's support for Ukraine in our struggle. We are determined to further develop Ukrainian-Montenegrin cooperation. I am convinced of our common European future," Zelenskyy said.
