Zelenskyy discusses strengthening Ukraine's air defense with US delegation

On Thursday, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with a bipartisan delegation of the U.S. House of Representatives consisting of Donald Norcross, Celeste Meloy, and James Panetta.

This is reported by Yevropeiska Pravda with reference to the press service of the President's Office.

During the meeting, they discussed strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities and the priority needs of the Defense Forces.

Zelenskyy emphasized the importance of obtaining additional air defense equipment to effectively protect civilians and critical infrastructure, as well as the need to expand training missions for Ukrainian pilots and technicians in the United States.

He thanked the United States for its active participation in the preparation and holding of the first Peace Summit in Switzerland and outlined further steps to implement its results and promote the Peace Formula.
