This was stated in an interview with the Ukrainian magazine Forbes by the head of Ukrenergo, Volodymyr Kudrytskyi.

According to Kudrytsky, the Ukrainian power system lost about 40-50% of its capacity as a result of these attacks.

These difficulties are being helped by Ukraine's Western partners, from whom the company has received loans and grants worth about €600 million.

Among these donors is the World Bank. EBRD, USIAD and other financial organizations.

A lot of funds also come directly from European countries. For example, at the end of last year, the Dutch government provided Ukrenergo with a grant of more than EUR 70 million for the restoration and purchase of equipment.
