The Russian occupiers have partially restored the Soviet nuclear weapons depot Feodosia-13 in the occupied Crimea. However, this facility is now used as a warehouse for storing conventional ammunition of the Russian army.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Suspilne Krym.
The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine noted that there are no facilities in the occupied Crimea where the occupiers deploy nuclear weapons. In addition, no cases of transportation of these weapons have been recorded.
Last January, a representative of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, Andriy Chernyak, reported that the occupiers in Crimea were working to restore a nuclear weapons depot on the peninsula.
However, according to current data, although the Russians have partially restored the Feodosia-13 facility, it is currently used as a storage facility for conventional ammunition.
