According to Yevropeiska Pravda, he said this in an interview with the Czech CNN Prima News channel on May 4, but it was published only on Wednesday and posted by Pashinyan himself on Facebook on Thursday.

"This has never been said out loud, but I think it is clear: in the war with Ukraine, we are not an ally of Russia. And our feeling from this war, from this conflict is anxiety, because it directly affects all our relations," Radio Azatutyun quoted the Armenian prime minister as saying.

According to him, while in the West Yerevan is considered an ally of Moscow, Moscow itself holds a different opinion, and "it turns out that we are not an ally of anyone in this situation, and therefore we are vulnerable."

"It seems that there is a way to maneuver between all these clashes, but it is also true that the more complicated the situation becomes, the more the possibility of maneuvering narrows. We are maneuvering not because we don't have an opinion on the situation, but because we, unfortunately, have too many concerns, which does not allow us to be more involved in solving other concerns," Pashinyan said.
