Belgorod region governor is afraid of meeting with rebels from the RDC
The governor of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation, Vyacheslav Gladkov, responded to an offer from the Russian Volunteer Corps to meet in exchange for the transfer of two captured Russian soldiers.
Gladkov reacted in the spirit of representatives of the top of fascist Russia - that is, he first called his opponents the words that fit only him and the Russian authorities in general (scoundrels, murderers, fascists), and then actually refused, pretending to agree.
At first, Gladkov uttered nonsense about the prisoners being killed and then added that if they were alive, he was ready to meet with the RDC in Shebekino for their sake. This is the most important thing because the rebels clearly defined the place of the meeting to which he was called - a church in the village of Nova Tavolzhanka.
It is clear that the definition of a new place is simply a form of refusal.
