Biden: Providing Ukraine with ATACMS is still under consideration

US President Joe Biden said that the issue of providing Ukraine with long-range ATACMS missiles is still under consideration.
He said this while speaking to the media on Monday.
Biden was commenting on the escalation of Russian air attacks on Kyiv, noting that they were not a surprise.
"That is why we must continue to provide Ukraine with everything it needs," the US president said.
In response to a clarifying question about the possible transfer of long-range ATACMS missiles to Ukraine, Biden said that this topic is "still in play," meaning that the issue is still under consideration.
