Biden will talk about his future on Wednesday evening

U.S. President Joe Biden has announced his first address to his fellow citizens after deciding not to run for a second term.
The message was posted on his Twitter account.
Biden writes that he will deliver the address from the Oval Office of the White House on Wednesday, July 24, at 20:00 EDT (3:00 am Kyiv time on July 25).
In the speech, he wants to talk “about what lies ahead and how I will finish the job for the American people.”
