Borrell reacts sharply to Russia's shelling of Ukrainian ports

EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell has condemned Russia's recent shelling of Ukraine's port infrastructure.
Borrell posted his reaction on Twitter.
The EU's top diplomat emphasized that Russia is destroying Ukrainian grain storage facilities and port infrastructure with daily targeted attacks.
"Russia's continued use of food as a weapon and the suspension of the Black Sea Grain Agreement affects global food security, endangering millions of people," he added, accompanying the tweet with the hashtag "Food is not a weapon."
