Europe has taken an important step towards creating a tribunal for RF

The Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe has instructed Council Secretary General Marija Pejčinović-Buryć to begin preparing a potential draft agreement between Ukraine and the Council of Europe on the actual establishment of the Tribunal.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
According to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, this is an "important practical step" towards the creation of a special tribunal for crimes committed by Russia.
In particular, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that Ukraine will continue to work to ensure that a fully functioning tribunal delivers fair justice.
"This is crucial not only for all Ukrainians who have suffered as a result of Russian aggression, but also for all nations that want to live in a peaceful and secure world," he wrote.
