In the Melitopol area, occupiers are turning cities into fortresses

The mayor of the temporarily occupied Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, said that the invaders are building fortifications in the occupied cities.
"The Nazis had time to turn the occupied territories into a fortress. The fortifications are still being built," he said.
According to Fedorov, the occupiers are tearing up the bank of the Molochna River near Melitopol to swamp the area. They are also importing round timber to build fortifications.
In addition, the invaders are digging new trenches tens of kilometers from the front line and building dams to stop the advance of our troops.
"The enemy is indeed building fortresses in the temporarily occupied territories. But will this change the plans of the heroic Ukrainian Armed Forces to liberate our territories? Absolutely not. The south will be free," emphasized Fedorov.-
