Latvia announces deportation of 3600 Russians

Russian citizens living in Latvia who have not passed the language exam and have not applied for participation will start receiving notifications next week that they must leave Latvia within three months.
This is reported by The Moscow Times Telegram channel.
A representative of the Latvian Citizenship and Migration Board, Maira Roze, said that 3,600 people would leave the country. They will be given 90 days to leave the country.
