Pentagon: US allocates $300 million in military aid to Ukraine
The United States on Wednesday announced the allocation of another $300 million military aid package to Ukraine.
This was reported in the Pentagon.
The new US military aid package includes additional air defense equipment, artillery, anti-tank weapons, and ammunition, including small arms.
In particular, it includes additional ammunition for Patriot air defense systems, AIM-7 air defense missiles, Avenger air defense systems, Stinger anti-aircraft systems, precision-guided aircraft munitions, Zuni aircraft missiles, and ammunition for unmanned aerial systems.
The military assistance package also includes AT-4 anti-tank systems, additional ammunition for HIMARS artillery missile systems, 155-mm and 105-mm artillery shells, 105-mm tank ammunition, more than 30 million rounds of small arms ammunition, mine action equipment and systems, explosive ordnance for mine clearance, night vision devices, spare parts, generators, and other field equipment.
"The United States will continue to work with its allies and partners to enable Ukraine to meet its immediate battlefield needs and long-term security assistance requirements," the Pentagon emphasized.
