Putin's panicked address was broadcast in Russia

Yesterday, at around four o'clock, several radio stations in the Rostov, Belgorod, and Voronezh regions of the Russian Federation broadcast Vladimir Putin's address, in which he announced the invasion of the border Kursk, Belgorod, and Bryansk regions of the Russian Federation by NATO and Ukraine, declared martial law in these regions, called on Russians to evacuate deep into Russia, and announced general mobilization.

However, at first, local authorities and later the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, said that this was a fake, and control over the radio airwaves was restored. There was some kind of hacker attack.

That is, we have another information victory over the enemy in this war.
