Six Romanian vessels were in the Ukrainian port of Reni on Monday night during Russian strikes.

This was reported by Mediafax.

According to the news agency, during the drone attack, Romanian sailors saw and heard explosions in the port, which is located on the left bank of the Danube.

It is noted that the sailors and their vessels were not injured, and after the strikes they quickly left the port and reached the right bank, where the territory of Romania begins.

Earlier, the Ukrainian operational command "South" reported that on the night of July 24, the Russian military struck again in the Odesa region. According to the Ukrainian military, the attack targeted the port infrastructure of the Danube.

The strikes destroyed a hangar with grain and damaged tanks for storing other cargo. A fire broke out in one of the production facilities.
