The Head of State referred to new intelligence data. As for preventing a catastrophe, only powerful global players who have an influence on the Kremlin can actually do this.

All the information available to Ukraine on Russia's preparation for a terrorist attack on the ZNPP is being shared with leaders around the world.

"We have just had a report from our intelligence and the Security Service of Ukraine. The intelligence service received information that Russia is considering a scenario of a terrorist attack at the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant - a terrorist attack with a radiation release. They have prepared everything for this," the President said.

He reminded that radiation does not know state borders and who it will hit is determined only by the wind direction.

"We are sharing all available information with our partners - everyone in the world. All the evidence. Europe, America, China, Brazil, India, the Arab world, Africa - all countries, absolutely everyone should know this. International organizations. All of them. There should never be any terrorist attacks on nuclear power plants anywhere. This time it should not be like Kakhovka: the world has been warned, so the world can and should act," Zelenskyy said.

The President also said that intelligence and the Security Service of Ukraine had gathered new evidence of how Russian terrorists blew up the dam and other structures of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant.

"It was an absolutely deliberate, calculated crime... In the occupied territory, at a station that was under the full control of the occupiers... And what is important, last year we warned the world that Russia was preparing such a terrorist attack," the head of state reminded.
