Russian oligarchs and government officials have left Russia

The Sukhoi Superjet of Russian Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov took off from Moscow at 7 a.m. and landed in Dalaman, Turkey, at 12:06 p.m.

The Gulfstream G650 business jet of oligarch Vladimir Potanin was scheduled to depart from Moscow to Istanbul at 17:00.

The media also tracked the movements of Putin's aircraft. At about 14:16 Moscow time, Putin's Il96-300PU took off from Moscow toward St. Petersburg. The plane disappeared from radar near Tver.
