Russian troops in the south are actively using unguided aerial missiles (UAVs) in addition to KABs.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Dmytro Lykhoviy, a spokesman for the Tavria Airborne Unit, during a telethon.
“In addition to CABs, we are actively using NARs. These are unguided aerial missiles that the enemy uses from both airplanes and K-52 attack helicopters. Both of these means are used to support the ground offensive. Without this offensive, which we don't have, they don't make much sense. Perhaps that is why there are fewer of them,” said Lykhoviy.
At the same time, according to him, the use of CABs by the Russians has not decreased much.
“Because CABs are being used quite actively even in conditions when the ground component is less active. Every day we have more and more CABs... yesterday there were 7, the day before yesterday - 4, the day before - 12, 9, 13. That is, there are enough of them for this direction and it is, of course, a tangible weapon,” the spokesman noted.-
