On July 22, the Russian army attacked the Sumy region, killing and injuring civilians. The aggressor country's troops dropped an explosive device from a drone on the territory of Seredyna-Buda. The enemy opened artillery fire on the village of Ugroydy.
The press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine reported that two civilians were injured in Seredyna-Buda. The OGPU Telegram channel said that the enemy used a drone to drop an explosive device on civilian objects in the center of the settlement at about 14:30 on Saturday.
Two men who were at the entrance to the Point of Unbreakability were injured. One of the injured was providing access to the shelter that day, while the other was passing by on a bicycle.
The investigation of this crime by the occupiers continues under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war).
