On the night of July 17, Russian occupation forces attacked the village of Borova in Kharkiv region, destroying residential buildings, a cafe, and a car wash.

Sinegubov's direct speech: “04:40 Borova village, Izyum district. There was an enemy shelling of the CAB, as a result of which the premises of a cafe and a car wash, three private houses were damaged.”
The head of the JFO did not provide any other details of the night attack.
At the same time, he said that in the Kharkiv sector there were 7 combat engagements in the vicinity of Hlyboke and Vovchansk.
In the Kupyansk sector, there were 9 attacks by the occupants. Defense forces repelled Russian assaults near Synkivka, Andriivka, Pishchane, Berestove and Stepova Novoselivka.
