Scholz rejects accusations of indecision on Taurus delivery

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has not yet decided on the supply of German Taurus cruise missiles to Ukraine.

"As in the past, we will always carefully check every decision, what works, what makes sense, what our contribution can be," Scholz said on Sunday.
This also applies to the delivery of the Taurus, he noted.
The chancellor confirmed reports that the issue of a technical limit on the range of the missiles is also being considered, but he does not want to be rushed into this issue.

According to him, most citizens believe it is right that not every request for supplies is immediately answered with a "yes".
