The United States has increased communication and cooperation with India following Prime Minister Narendra Modi's recent visit to Russia.
This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Reuters.
It is noted that on Friday, July 12, US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan held a telephone conversation with his counterpart, National Security Advisor of India Ajit Doval.
During the conversation, the parties discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral, regional, and international importance.
In particular, in their conversation, the advisors "agreed to work closely together to further advance the Indo-U.S. relationship, which is built on shared values and common strategic and security interests."
In addition, Sullivan and Doval reaffirmed the need to work collectively to address global peace and security challenges.
