The AFU announce liberation of Klishchiyivka near Bakhmut

Ukrainian troops liberated Klishchiyivka near Bakhmut. However, the enemy continues to try to regain control of the lost territories.

This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to a statement by the 80th separate air assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The brigade posted a video on its Facebook page with the military in Klishchiyivka. The military reported that the settlement was liberated by the soldiers of the 80th separate airborne assault brigade, the 5th separate assault brigade, and the "Rage" brigade from the "Offensive Guard".

"However, the enemy is constantly trying to inflict maximum damage to our soldiers and is using all possible means of fire," the servicemen emphasized.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed the liberation of Klishchiyivka from the occupants.

"Soldiers of the National Police Brigade "Luty" together with soldiers of the 80th Air Assault Brigade and the 5th Separate Mechanized Brigade drove the Russian occupiers away after heavy fighting and returned the Ukrainian flag to the liberated Klishchiyivka," the Interior Ministry said.
