The discussion on the creation of a tribunal for Russia is difficult

Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has said that the discussion on setting up a special tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine is extremely difficult.
He said this while answering journalists' questions before the start of the International Conference "Restoring Justice for Ukraine," which is taking place in The Hague, Ukrinform reports.
"The discussion is very heavy. This is the only issue where there is no practical progress, and the discussion on the parameters of the tribunal continues. In all other issues, we have already moved into a practical phase," Kuleba said.
