Russians report mass shelling and drone attacks in the Kursk region

In Russia, new attacks by the Armed Forces allegedly took place on the territory of the Kursk region. On April 28, the governor of the region, Roman Starovoit, announced this in his Telegram channel.

In particular, he reports on the shelling of the village of Uspenivka and the village of Snagost in the Koreniv district, which caused problems with electricity supply.

Hits were also recorded in the villages of Gornal and Dar'ine of the Suzhan district, as well as near Iskra of the Khomutiv district and the Krupets checkpoint of the Rila district. There are no injured residents.

"After shelling, a fire broke out on one of the streets in Tetkino village of Glushkiv district, four houses and one garage were damaged," the governor said.

He also says that there were attempted attacks using drones, but they were allegedly intercepted with the help of EW near the villages of Vovchyne, Zorya and Tetkine of the Glushkiv district, the village of Gornal of the Suzhan district, the village of Staraya Mykolaivka and the Krupets checkpoint of the Rila district.
