This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the press service of the US Treasury Department.

As noted on the website of the Ministry of Finance, the restrictions were imposed not only against Pobeda, but also against defense industry enterprises. These include, in particular:

Ural Automobile Plant

Bryansk Automobile Plant;

Proton plant;

48th Research Institute of the Russian Defense Ministry;

Tomsk Electrotechnical Plant;

In addition to Russian individuals and legal entities, the restrictions also targeted companies from Turkey, China, Slovakia, Belgium, and Kyrgyzstan, as they could help Russia circumvent Western sanctions.

Restrictions were also imposed on Viktor Labin, who lives in Brussels. Russian media claimed that he is an employee of the Main Intelligence Directorate and helps supply "irreplaceable coordinate measuring machines" to Russia.

The U.S. Treasury Department emphasizes that the purpose of such sanctions is to limit the Kremlin's revenues and Russians' access to goods needed to continue the war against Ukraine.

In total, the sanctions list includes more than 200 individuals and legal entities.
