The Georgian Interior Ministry says that according to the law "On Assemblies and Manifestations," it is forbidden to artificially block the roadway and create deliberate obstacles to traffic.

Opponents of the law on "foreign agents" are traditionally gathering near the Georgian parliament at this moment.

It is expected that the Georgian parliament will consider the resonant bill in the third reading in about two weeks.
