Russia could have already launched a summer offensive in Ukraine

This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the press conference of the top general of the North Atlantic Alliance in Europe following the meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Council.

According to Cavoli, it is always difficult to predict the enemy's intentions. At the moment, we can note Russian attacks to the south towards Kharkiv and the invaders' attempts to recapture the territories that were de-occupied by the Ukrainian Defense Forces earlier during the Ukrainian Armed Forces counteroffensive.

"However, the exact sequence (of Russian troops' actions - ed.) and how they are going to do it may not be entirely clear yet. Is it a summer offensive? You can never be sure," the general said.

Kavoli also added that Russia is not accumulating large reserves, and the aggressor country is currently "conducting a standard draft every six months, but it is not yet connected to the conflict."
