Russians are actively looting in the occupied territories
This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the website of the Center for National Resistance (CNR).
The invaders are robbing local residents, taking household appliances from their homes and taking their vehicles. The criminals are not deterred even by the fact that people have Russian passports.
Moscow has introduced punishment for such looters - they are going to be sent to prison for 6 years. However, the purpose of the punishment is not to stop the looting, but to exclude the possibility of demobilization for members of the so-called "SVO".
The Center reminded that Russian prisons are virtually empty - prisoners are forced to sign contracts to participate in hostilities in the occupied areas of Donbas and Zaporizhzhia regions.
"The life expectancy of an occupant does not exceed 8 weeks," the Center added.
