Occupants have turned Donetsk into a shelter for Russian repeat offenders

May 2, 2024

RBC-Ukraine reports this with reference to the National Resistance Center on Telegram.

Thus, the occupation authorities in the temporarily occupied territory have created almost greenhouse conditions for criminals and repeat offenders from all over Russia.

“Murderers come here to avoid responsibility at home. There is no need to explain what kind of life they lead in the temporarily occupied Ukraine. After all, murder, theft and looting have become commonplace here,” the statement said.

According to the National Resistance Center, the murderer of Muyedzin Ibrahim Isyanyayev, a former mercenary of the Wagner PMC, Rail Khairov, has recently been “discovered” in Donetsk.

It is noted that he was previously tried for murder, but pardoned to be sent to the front.

“Most likely, Rail will again join the ranks of the Russian army's ‘volunteers’ and go to end his vile life in one of the forest plantations in the Ukrainian Donetsk region,” the CNS explains.

Separately, the statement emphasized the ideal conditions for the Kremlin and the occupation authorities in such cases, which become an “improvement” of the mobilization fund.

“But it is not only criminals who join the ranks of the occupiers, but also drug addicts from Chechnya or women from penal colonies,” the National Resistance Center concludes.
