US intelligence predicts Russia's tactics in the war

Director of National Intelligence Avril Gaines predicts that Russia will resort to more aggressive tactics in Ukraine.

Details: Gaines noted that Russia has stepped up attacks on Ukraine's infrastructure to prevent Kyiv from moving weapons and troops, slow down defense production, and force it to consider negotiations.
"Putin's increasingly aggressive tactics against Ukraine, such as strikes on Ukraine's electricity infrastructure, are intended to convince Ukraine that continuing the war will only increase the damage to Ukraine and offers no plausible path to victory," the Director of National Intelligence said.
