Poland wants to change asylum rules for Ukrainians

The Polish government will take into account Ukraine's decision to suspend consular services for men aged 18-60 in the general decision to extend temporary protection for Ukrainian citizens, which is currently being prepared.

Details: The minister was asked what Ukrainian men in Poland should expect in view of Ukraine's decision to suspend consular services, as for many it could mean problems with documents.

Kervinsky replied that all decisions regarding Ukrainian citizens in Poland are included in a special law and that Poland recently extended temporary protection for Ukrainians until June 30.

"In a few days, we will submit a new version of this law, where all issues will be settled," the minister said.
