This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Bloomberg.

According to the White House's plan, most of the funds will be allocated at the expense of profits from frozen Russian assets, the bulk of which are held in the European Union. The U.S. Treasury Department confirmed the fact of negotiations on a new financial aid package.

According to Bloomberg sources, the initiative envisages the sending of funds by a coalition of countries, which the United States intends to lead. The American side wants to sign the relevant agreement in Italy at the G7 summit in June this year. The agency's interlocutors do not rule out that negotiations on this issue may last several months.

So many words, so many promises. Meanwhile, Ukraine has no new Patriot systems (and missiles for the old ones), no F16 fighter jets, no long-range missiles, no million shells from the Czech Republic.
