Europeans should understand that RF troops may be on the Polish border

Europeans must realize that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin will not stop if he succeeds in Ukraine. In this case, Russian troops may be on the Polish border.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the EU's chief diplomat, Josep Borrell during a speech at Oxford University.

"Today, Putin is an existential threat to all of us. If Putin succeeds in Ukraine, he will not stop there. Europeans should be aware of the prospect of having a puppet government in Kyiv, like in Belarus, and Russian troops on the Polish border," he said.

Borrell recalled that he had been in the Donbas before the start of the full-scale Russian invasion in January 2022. At that time, the European Union did not supply weapons to the country at war. According to the European diplomat, the EU's response to the Russian invasion was powerful and "united to provide Ukraine with the military power it needed to resist."

"Putin now perceives the entire West as an enemy. He has made this clear in many of his speeches. Every day on Russian TV stations, they say and repeat: "The West - the whole West, the global West - is our enemy". And they act accordingly through disinformation, poisoning our information environment," the diplomat added.

According to Borrell, Russia is trying to interfere in the EU's democratic processes, in particular in the European elections.

The right words. It's just a pity that Borrell doesn't decide anything, he just talks.
