This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the press service of the French Foreign Ministry.

Berlin and Prague have recently accused Russia of cyberattacks against them that affected the work of various institutions. The group "APT28" (Fancy Bear), which is suspected of having ties to the GRU, is said to be involved in these campaigns.

"This threat is known to France; in October 2023, we described in detail the tactics, methods, and procedures of this modus operandi, which also targets French organizations, including government agencies, businesses, universities, as well as research institutes and think tanks," the French Foreign Ministry said.

It is emphasized that France is doing everything possible to strengthen its ability to adapt to cyber threats, especially on the eve of the European elections and before the Olympic Games in Paris.
