Shoigu denies war with Ukraine: the war is with the “collective West”

Russia does not seem to be waging a war against Ukraine. It is being waged with the so-called “collective West”.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the address of the head of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
“We are at war not with Ukraine, but with the collective West, because the weapons that Ukraine had, they have actually run out – they are former Soviet weapons. Many, especially the young European countries, have handed over all weapons to Ukraine, but we beat it out, beat it out, beat it out, beat it out,” Shoigu said.
As a reminder, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced today a partial mobilization in his country. The decree has already been signed and mobilization begins today.
Thus, those who are now in the reserve and have experience serving in the Russian army, who have military occupations and relevant experience will be drafted.
