Russian strike on Balakliya: number of casualties rises to 10

As a result of the Russian attack on the railway station in Balakliya, 7 people were hospitalized. There are also reports of delays in suburban train traffic.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleh Syniehubov, on Telegram, Ukrzaliznytsia, and Suspilne.

According to Sinegubov, 7 people were injured in the attack, all of whom were hospitalized.

The victims include three women aged 37, 47, 60 and four men aged 39, 49, 49 and 62. They received explosive injuries of varying degrees as a result of the Russian shelling.

Later, he reported that the number of casualties increased to 10 - women aged 37 and 48 and a 55-year-old civilian man were wounded.

Russia attacked the Balakliya train station with a missile, while the victims were in the passenger cars of the Kharkiv-Izyum electric train.

Later, Ukrzaliznytsia reported that three of its employees were injured in the attack on the railroad in the Kharkiv region.
