Belgium to provide 200 million euros for air defense for Ukraine

On Friday, April 26, Belgium announced financial assistance to strengthen Ukraine's air defense as part of a German initiative.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the RTBF TV channel.

The Belgian Ministry of Defense will supply missiles for air defense systems from its own stocks and will allocate 200 million euros to participate in Germany's initiative to supply air defense systems.

"We will remain mobilized in the coming weeks to support Ukraine: when Russia stops its invasion and gives up the illegally occupied territories, we will never stop repeating our request for an end to hostilities and a return to political and diplomatic dialogue," added Defense Minister Ludivine Dedonder.
