This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the head of the Luhansk regional military administration, Artem Lysogor, on Telegram.
As noted, firefighters in Luhansk failed to extinguish a fire that broke out yesterday at a local oil depot.
As a result of the fire, the refined products were burned out and the infrastructure was destroyed. Lysogor notes that the occupiers are looking for those responsible for the fire. The network suggests that it could have been the actions of Ukrainian defenders, but there is no confirmation of this.
"It will become much more difficult to refuel Russian military equipment. We will have to build a new logistics chain and store fuel even further from the front line," said the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.
