Today, April 22, a bipartisan delegation of the United States Congress arrived in Kyiv for a visit.
This is reported with reference to the X (Twitter) account of the US Embassy in Ukraine.
Among the congressmen who arrived on a visit to Kyiv are:
"Your visit is another reminder that our commitment to Ukraine is unwavering," the embassy writes.
As a reminder, on April 20, the US House of Representatives approved a bill that provides $60.84 billion in aid to Ukraine.
The bill is currently awaiting consideration by the Senate. According to Western media, the first batch of aid to Ukraine will be sent within a few days after the signature of White House President Joe Biden.
According to Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, the US delay had consequences for Ukraine.
