Putin threatens Ukrainians for attacking Moscow

May 31, 2023

President of fascist Russia Putin commented on the drone attack on Moscow and threatened Ukrainians with a "mirror response." He said this on Tuesday, May 30.

The leader of the Russian regime noted that he was concerned about "attempts to provoke a response from Russia."

"Apparently, this is what they are counting on: they are provoking us to mirror actions... But we will see what to do about it," he said and added that the drone attack on Moscow is "a clear sign of terrorist activity."

In addition, Putin once again repeated the propaganda narrative that it was not Russia that started the war in 2014, but Kyiv.

"No matter what we say, they will look for the guilty in Russia, but it was not us who started the war in 2014, but the 'Kyiv regime'," the Russian president hypocritically stated.

As a reminder, this morning Moscow and the Moscow region were attacked by drones. As a result, several buildings were slightly damaged and two civilians were lightly injured. The Russian Ministry of Defense counted eight drones and said that all of them were either shot down by air defense or suppressed by electronic warfare, lost control, and deviated from their intended targets. Social media reported that there were at least 25 drones.

The Americans also responded. The United States does not support attacks on Russian territory, but it is the Kremlin that is the aggressor and can end the war at any time. This was stated by a representative of the US National Security Council at the White House, CNN reports.

"We have seen the news and are still gathering information about what happened. Generally speaking, we do not support attacks inside Russia," he said, adding that the United States is providing military assistance to Ukraine to regain its territory.

The speaker noted that one way or another, Russia has the ability to end this war at any time by withdrawing its troops from Ukraine instead of carrying out brutal attacks on Ukrainian cities and people on a daily basis.

"Today was Russia's 17th air strike on Kyiv this month, mostly targeting civilian areas," said a White House spokesman.

It should be noted that this whole drone strike looks more like a performance by the FSB or GRU. In fact, nothing was damaged, but the information noise was made for the whole planet.
