Ukrainian drones attacked the Novolypetsk metallurgical plant in RF
On the night of April 24, as a result of a special operation of the Main Directorate of Intelligence, the Novolypetsk Metallurgical Plant was attacked. This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to sources in the special services.
According to the information of the Ukrainian special services, as a result of the attack by kamikaze drones, the oxygen station of the metallurgical plant was partially destroyed and two oxygen units were disabled.
Such damage to the metallurgical plant will have a long-term impact on the operation of the enterprise.
Note that the Novolypetsk Metallurgical Plant is one of the largest ferrous metallurgy enterprises in the Russian Federation. The company works for the military-industrial complex of Russia and fulfills a significant number of government orders.
In particular, the plant's raw materials are used in the production of Russian missiles, artillery, and drones.
Residents of the region who heard the explosions of the kamikaze drones claim that there was no warning of an air raid before the attack.
