Germany can give equipment from its closed energy plants to Ukraine

Germany granted Ukraine access to closed energy facilities. Ukraine can receive equipment that can be used as donors.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Minister of Energy of Ukraine, Herman Galushchenko, on the air of the telethon.

"Actually, aid is constantly coming. This includes equipment of various kinds. We are now working very closely with our Lithuanian friends. Our group of experts in Lithuania is currently looking at what equipment is at the old thermal stations so that we can use it as donors for reconstruction in Ukraine," he said.

Galushchenko noted that Germany also provides assistance with equipment for Ukrainian infrastructure.

"The Chancellor of Germany offered the opportunity to look at German closed facilities that can be used," he said.
